Itemaiz is provided to help users catalogue and manage personal inventory. Users are responsible for the photos, item details, tags, and collection data they upload or share.

AI recognition, enrichment, valuation, marketplace comparisons, and reports are estimates. They should be reviewed before relying on them for insurance, resale, tax, legal, or financial decisions.

Subscriptions and credit purchases are used to access app functionality. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Availability of provider-backed features can depend on external services and configured credentials.

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage your subscription and cancellation through Settings → Billing. The billing portal shows the date a cancellation takes effect. Credit purchases are separate from subscription renewals; review the amount and currency shown at checkout before paying.

Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings after any subscription has ended and any open checkout has completed or expired. For support, billing questions, data exports, or deletion help, contact support@itemaiz.com.
