Privacy Policy

Itemaiz helps users catalogue personal items from uploaded photos. We collect account details, uploaded photos, cropped item images, item metadata, locations, tags, subscription state, token usage, and support messages needed to provide the service.

Photos and item metadata may be processed by AI providers to detect objects, enrich item details, estimate values, and generate reports. Payment information is handled by Stripe; Itemaiz does not store full card details.

We use service providers for hosting, database, object storage, email, payments, AI processing, and marketplace lookups. We do not sell personal data.

If you choose an optional visual search, the cropped item photo is shared with SerpApi and Google to find similar public listings. The search results may include retailer links and asking prices. These are not a confirmed identification or valuation of your item.

Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings by typing DELETE to confirm. Before deletion, any subscription must have ended and any open checkout must be completed or expired. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Billing. If deletion fails or you need a data export, email support@itemaiz.com from the email address associated with your account.
